Process engineer
You are responsible for ensuring that nonwoven production on the production lines is guaranteed and optimised in terms of costs, quality, throughput time and energy consumption.
With your strong sense of responsibility, creative drive and implementation skills, you will optimise and further develop the process engineering processes on the individual systems.
You will qualify alternative raw materials, carry out product optimisations and introduce new products to the systems. You will be involved in projects and ensure that targets, deadlines and budgets are met. You are characterised by a high level of motivation and a great affinity for methods.
Your qualifications
- Engineering degree specialising in process engineering, materials science / chemistry or mechanical engineering
- Sound practical knowledge in plastics processing or specialisation in the plastics sector

- Proficient in MS Office

Personnel officer
To ensure our growth, you will be tasked with finding the most interesting candidates who are passionate and creative about their work.
You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our recruitment process. You will advise, support and manage the entire recruitment process, from recording requirements and conducting interviews through to onboarding. In our recruitment process, you rely on facts as well as on the results and behaviour of the candidates.
Empathy and relationship building are your strengths. You will also provide support with HR administration tasks such as monthly salary processing and increase awareness of hydroWEB as an attractive employer through various employer branding measures.
Your qualifications
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in HR and/or communication or commercial training with additional qualification in HR
- At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, especially in dialogue management
- Very good language skills in German (level C2) and English (level B1) as well as confident use of MS Office
- Curiosity, courage and creativity to try out new approaches
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail and a strong service orientation towards colleagues
Trainee Technology and Lean Management

Structure of the programme:

âž¡ Practical implementation of what you have learnt at hydroWEB
âž¡ After your basic training, you will implement the knowledge you have acquired at our site in Halberstadt
âž¡ Depending on your interests and skills, you will take on a responsible specialist or management role. To this end, you will receive further in-depth training at SIGA (specialist or management training).
Your qualifications
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering/technology or industrial engineering
- Practical work experience in a technical environment is desirable

Internal sales employee (80-100%)
In internal sales, you look after external customers and liaise with internal needs to guarantee the company’s growth. In the middle of order processing, you will serve customers efficiently and in a solution-orientated manner for all requests and accompany them from enquiry to delivery to ensure the highest level of customer service.
You will face new challenges with courage and continuously improve your processes with the help of SAP specialists in order to guarantee a smooth process. You combine your organisational talent and strong communication skills to find the best solutions in distribution logistics and optimise deliveries in terms of cost, quality and sustainability. The satisfaction of our customers and partners is important to you and you are happy to take the time to deal with individual concerns.
Your qualifications
- Commercial training or training in the warehouse and logistics sector in combination with office experience
- Very good language skills in German (level C2) and good knowledge of English (level B2)
- Confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong customer orientation in order to offer our customers and contacts the best possible service
- Actively contribute and help shape processes and services in order to continuously optimise them together with the SAP team

Plant Operator / Machine Operator Production
As a plant operator / machine operator, you are jointly responsible for the precise manufacture of nonwoven products in accordance with the production plan. In doing so, you place the highest value on compliance with production guidelines and quality standards.
You will monitor and control the production systems to ensure a smooth process and a continuous flow of materials within production. Your reliable and committed way of working enables you to respond to specific customer requirements. You will also carry out standardised cleaning and maintenance work on the systems.
Your active participation in process and system optimisation contributes significantly to increasing overall productivity. You will contribute ideas for improvement and be enthusiastic about the use of new technologies. You will also support product and process development and the maintenance department with maintenance work.
Your qualifications
- Completed technical or manual vocational training or at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field
- Courage to operate IT tools such as panels
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Manual dexterity and quick comprehension when learning new tasks
- Enjoy working in a team, with great independence and flexibility to work in shifts
