Since 2015 we produce more than 5,500 tonnes of high-quality nonwovens with a wide range of properties every year in out production plant in Halberstadt.
Our focus
REGIONALLY ANCHORED, GLOBALLY NETWORKED: Our home is the beautiful Harz Mountains. We now employ more than 30 people in Halberstadt in Saxony-Anhalt. This provides secure jobs in a region to which we feel very close. However, our network of co-operation partners and customers extends far beyond Saxony-Anhalt: hydroWEB products are in use in Germany and around the world. We also drive innovation together with other companies in development partnerships.

Cutting-edge technology – well explained
With our hydroWeb technology, we specifically utilise the power of the element of water and are one of only very few companies that offer this special hydroentanglement process. ThermoWeb utilises the element of fire by giving nonwovens special properties through heat treatment.

Benefits
Hydroentanglement creates nonwovens with greater flexibility. They have higher elongation values and are generally more textile-like, softer and more puncture-resistant. Better adhesion makes them ideal for use with tile adhesives and plaster, for example. We would be happy to advise you personally on further advantages.
thermoWeb
Benefits
Thermosetting creates a smoother surface and less air permeability. Lower grammages are possible, which enables particularly thin intermediate layers or separating layers. It is also the more cost-effective option. We would be happy to advise you personally on further advantages.
Top technology –
What it can do (better)
The combination of different materials offers a wide range of flexibility. The right combination makes nonwovens for medical products resistant to gamma radiation, for example, or enables high cost savings by reducing the weight per square metre while maintaining the same technical properties.
THE hydroWEB-PRODUCTWORLD
hydroWeb
The hydroentangled spunbonded nonwoven is produced using top technology on a line width of 3,300 mm. With a freely adjustable basis weight of 30 to 250 g/m² and freely selectable raw material combinations, it offers the greatest possible flexibility.
ThermoWeb
The thermo-bonded spunbonded nonwoven is produced using top technology on our 3,300 mm wide line. A freely adjustable basis weight of 15 to 250 g/m² and freely selectable raw material combinations.
hydroWEB Recyclate
With a specially initiated material cycle, our process-related offcuts become new raw material, enabling us to increase the ecological sustainability of your products. In close coordination with the technical properties of your product, we add the highest feasible proportion of recycled material.
hydroWEB Extra: Additives
All spunbonded nonwovens can be finished with a variety of additives and batches such as UV stabilisers, flame retardants, antibacterial finishes, hydrophilisation, hydrophobisation and antistatic finishes. We will be happy to advise you.
hydroWEB Extra: Colours
Let’s colour it: We are also happy to fulfil your individual colour wishes to make your desired nonwoven unmistakable. Not every colour is always possible within the scope of the respective production, but we will always find a good solution.
